To operate computer faster, the shorcut certainly useful to access menus and default function on computer. Off course it is not a secret or something new for You as a computer user. The shortcut use will also be different depend on the computer's program. But regarding to this article's title, I'll share the default shortcut in general, here we go:
One Button Shorcut list
- F1 for Help function.
- F2 can be used to rename file, point the cursor to a file and press F2 to rename. F2 can also be used to insert an input in MS Excel or input address URL Opera browser.
- F3 used for Find or Search function.
- F4 to browse directory/ path in explorer.
- F5 to refresh or reload function on Browser.
- F6 has similar function like Tab, used to change active cursor in each division of windows.
- F7 can be used to check spelling and grammar in MsWord, or Capture in Corel Capture
- F8 to block selection in Ms Office, has similar function like dragging on mouse.
- F9 & F10 can be used to minimize and maximize windows in Ms Office (hold Control), press F10 also has a function like ALT but require the next letter as shortcut. Example F10+F (Menu File)
- F11 for slideshow picture preview
- F12 for Save as in Ms Office.
- Tab to change active cursor in every division of windows.
- Windows Loggo (START) as start menu dan menu picture + cursor as pop up or right click.
- Page Down to Scroll down Windows.
- Page Up to Scroll up .
- Home and End to navigate menu and file, to the beginning or end.
- Wake up, Sleep, n Power (literally known :D ).

- START + R for Run function
- START + U to call Utilities function.
- START + D or M to Show dekstop.
- START + F for Find function.
- START + L for Log On/ Log Off function.
- START + Pause Break for Computer Properties
- ALT + TAB to swith active program.
- ALT + Letter as shortcut menu depend on the underline letter. Example ALT+ F for File menu.
- Ctrl + A for select All function.
- Ctrl + B to Bold letter.
- Ctrl + C to Copy.
- Ctrl + D for Font option in MS Word.
- Ctrl + E for Center Aligning.
- Ctrl + F for Find or search function.
- Ctrl + G for Go to in MS Office

- Ctrl + I for italic letter or Import file.
- Ctrl + J for Justify Aligning.

- Ctrl + V as Paste function.

- Ctrl + X for Cut function when moving file.

- Ctrl + 1 in MS Word to adjust line space 1 or opening cells format in MS Excel.
- Ctrl + 2 in MS Word to adjust line space 2 or creating bold letter in MS Excel.
- Ctrl + 3 to create italic letter in MS Excel.
- Ctrl + 4 to create underlined letter in MS Excel.

- SHIFT + F3 in MS Word to text transform capital, lowercase so on and so forth.
