Disabling Windows services could be pain in the neck. Some windows services are "stubborn" and can not be disabled permanently. When you turn the services off, it is off but may not be forever. It goes back to run again silently eating up your internet data, run the update and lots of unnecessary thing. Off course you don't want this, because not every windows services are useful. This is what happened to me recently. I've turned off some update services (in common way) for quite some time, but then I realized that the services somehow turned back on, it's not permanent.
I need a firm solution, I want the windows services to be disabled permanently. But then I came up with a silly thought across my mind. I gave the windows services a wrong password, and it worked, 100% worked! Since then untill I write this for you right now, the windows services never turned back on. So this is the silly thing I do to permanently disable windows service forever:

So this is the silly thing I do to permanently disable windows service forever:
- Open Windows Services, press Alt+R combination shortcut, write "services.msc" without quote and hit enter.
- Select services you want to disable, here I choose BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service), see the image.
- Click Log On tab, point the radio button to "This Account" then click "Browse".
- You need to find user account related to your computer, click "Advanced" => "Find Now "then select the user name, and hit OK twice until you return to Log On windows.
- Now here's come the silly part, below "This Account" write down a password, but not the correct password you use for your account (if you used password). Write any letter you want, random and errorly wrong, even if your computer doesn't have any password. And don't forget hit apply and close it.
